Well spotted Brian. There are definitely differences between the two charts I posted here NavList: Re: Wind Velocity from Three Drifts (150123) (fer3.com) . The writing blocks on the chart Gary put up is definitely redone. You can almost spot the font as Comic Sans Italic ‘All the working in this chart was plotted in the aeroplane’. The writing on the chart Hughes used is much more natural. Also, the numbering of the 31N line is different between the two charts. Even though the writing within the chart might be ‘in-flight’, some has been retouched. There are tiny differences e.g. the width of the ‘o’ and the serifs of the capital G in the ‘Sun obs 0400GMT’ comment. DaveP
