To me it says less about relying on Celnav and more about getting Galileo
et al up and running ASAP. We are effectively down to 1 electronic
navigation system once LORAN shuts down.

Please, no "see, that's why I'd rather trust celestial than GPS" -- the
lesson is that ANY system (including the Nautical Almanacs and sight
reduction tables) can have inadvertent or unanticipated defects.
