I think maybe a rough estimate of the number of female navigators in the Canadian Navy (and maybe a percentage of them vs. total) would probably do it - I think I've just about got her hooked on this, don't want to over-sell it... ;-)

Do I need to supply you with the long, and successful, list of female navigators in the Canadian Navy? Would that assist you. Or perhaps just the percentage of women in the navy in general to show that mariners aren't just men anymore, including Navigating Officers.
