For the Moon-Mars lunar observation example which you quoted, the calculator on my web site gives a best time of 03:21:08.5 compared to yours of 03:21:09.4. That difference is completely insignificant so your result is excellent.

Using the procedure described in John Karl's book, I get 3:21:10, which is in a nice agreement with Antoine's and Frank's results.
