This title has been mentioned in a couple of recent posts, as a worthwhile volume.
Re this, it is available Print on Demand, the price being under $20 from what I've seen. It's a paper back, but certainly readable, I would think. Does anyone here know if the book contains "fold-out" charts or sheets, as I was informed re books made via Print On Demand system, that such sheets would likely not reproduce properly.
