I have downloaded a copy of Lecky's book. Problem is that I'm put off regarding doing any sort of extensive reading from a computer monitor or lap top screen. Possibly I have to small a monitor/screen.
The list of producers showed one copy for $14.60, possibly plus shipping. That price is reasonable, though not for a poorly done copy, as Jackson mentioned.
