Dear Greg,
First of all - thank you for the arcticle (in the journal) about the long-hand AHSR (all-haversine sight reduction)!
I have an idea on my booklet layout: it will be an A5-landscape oriented stack of pages. The pages with the tables will be flipping upwards, the work-sheet page will be connected to the bottom of the last page flipping downwards. Thus, opened somewhere in the middle the booklet will look like three A5-landscapes in a vertical column - as if an A4-portrait with an A5-landscape attached.
A user would flip through the table pages with the work-sheet part always accessible. The work-sheet page should be made of some plastic to serve as a writing pod and a front cover simultaneously. The last table page should be also made of plastic to serve as a back-cover.
I hope to make a photo of this booklet when ready.
Warm regards,
Tony

The table is almost there, few tweeks remain...
