This covers adding the planets for a rough sighting of Jupiter the other night, and predicting Jupiter's rise, max height and set times. As seem to have got some figures wrong the first time around, when I was in a hurry. However on followup I'm getting reasonable results compared to computed times, and definitely good enough for prediction and checking.
