Actually, all I was asking was, have I seen these fixes called ‘Zenith Fixes’, or did I just dream that name up? Thanks anyway for showing me how your esteemed software deals with such fixes. I’m afraid ‘digital’ is a bit above my pay grade. I think Bill Lionheart was suggesting something like the first photo below done using chart and dividers. Unfortunately, my fix position doesn’t quite fit with that given by your software. That’s mainly because I thought I could get away with ignoring convergence; I couldn’t. After tweaking my diagram to make latitude grow by approximately 63/60 I was nearer but still not correct. Then I noticed your fix time was 12.00 not 11.21. After moving my position 39 minutes at 12 kts along 164 degrees, my position was about 1nm away from your digital one (see messy photo). DaveP
