Cook's errors mentioned in this movie are much larger than the errors I determined for his observations in Point Venus (Thaiti). My calculations are posted on Nav List. Can I see this student's data and calculations? Is the text of his thesis available? Alex. P.S. On the movie. The music is nice, but it is too loud and the voice behind the screen speaks too fast. Cook holds his octant as a person who does not know how to use it.
