Interesting. My navigation is generally sun shots while bored during a passage. I shoot the occasional lunar on my 27 foot trimaran. Being committed to laziness my lunars are confined to sun / moon (ie daytime). I generally see about 4 times your error.
Now I am feeling challenged. I will need to get my AH out and do some land based lunars.
