The "bris" and Moon LoP?

Hello.
Assume I have a Sun-calibrated "bris" and tabulated LHAs against the Lat and Dec, paginated for each reflection number (UL and LL).
(Each page is dedicated to one fixed HO, rows are numbered by same-name or contrary-name Lat, the columns are numbered by Dec, each cell gives the LHA and Az. May be - the dLHA would also be there - the delta of the LHA for the delta of the Dec)
Now I want to sight the Moon with it.
Is my understanding correct - I will need a correction table to account for Moon's parallax? How do I create such a table?
Or is it simpler to include the separate LHA value for the Moon - in the main table as well?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Tony
