No, it's not covered in either AFM 51-40 edition in my collection. I own
an A-12, but the photocopied instructions I got with it are buried who
knows where among my other old papers.
I thought your problem is a shortage of fluid in the bubble chamber. For
that, AFM 51-40 wouldn't be useful anyway.
A-12 operation is simple. If you need help with that, I could probably
explain it off the top of my head.

I have seen someone offer A-12 maintenance instructions on eBay from
time to time. But I looked tonight and didn't see any such thing.
