Thank you very much Lars for your very kind translation of this logbook showing all these so many interesting details.
Reaching and even exceeding 5 kts SMG under a 2 Beaufort (only) wind seems a quite fair speed for a 19' draft downwind sailing barque with all sails out (probably some Ocean current too in the right direction).
You certainly cannot blame the almost fully loaded 3-masted steel barque Prompt (https://shipsandthings.fandom.com/wiki/Prompt) for that speed then.
