In fact, I did it on mine but didn't update the one on my website. I used the condensed form and instructions. I just printed the instructions on to paper, adjusting their position so that they wouldn't interfere with the cos scale. Then I just ran the transparency sheet through the printer twice, first to print the cos scale and then to print the instructions. I have attached it. Also notice the two "flags" that I had placed on the cos scale as a cursors for the last computation had done.
