Interesting. The latest version does indeed have the "Apparent Topocentric Equator of Date" options and I tried setting my location to Greenwich, but the values were off. May I ask why they would be closer for a location near the poles?

I must say, MICA seems much more awkward for celnav than ICE was. I still like it, though.
