Of course it's the skipper's fault, and it's almost inexcusable that
she said it was not right to sack her.
I disagree with the rest. Regarding the age of the master, there
were plenty of masters age 21-30 in the days of sailing ships. Hence
age is immaterial. Sex doesn't matter either; Linda Greenlaw is an
example of an excellent female skipper. This one just wasn't up to
snuff.
