doesn't make a great feature of the grounding, although it might be linked there
somewhere. I would expect this is something to be filed under "S" as in the
formal naval nomenclature, i.e. "Shit happens".
Someone made a mistake, perhaps a math error,
perhaps a reading error, perhaps a wrong chart datum. I suspect they will be
rather more cautious in the future.
