I don't see why it matters whether we know his real name
or we don't.

I've heard this many times. The fact is that I can see all
messages from Navigation-L on this archive. Whenever I post
a message to Nav-L, it appears in irbis.com.
So I conclude that there is SOME connection between Nav-L
and this archive.
Once you advised to stop this discussion and to discuss navigation
instead. Now, as the immediate danger for Nav-L seems to have passed,
I would rather follow your advise, and switch to nav topics.
You offered an alternative "Experimental list" as it was called in the
beginning. So let people decide themselves which list they prefer.
I don't understand at all your current campain against the "old list".
Alex.
