Your ISP was reporting you as an "unknown user" around that date. Sometimes
this is set up as a brute force spam barrier. You may recall that I sent you
a message to make sure you were "still out there", and I arranged to sign you
back onto NavList. Apparently you were also automatically signed off
Navigation-L at that same time (which of course is something that I myself have no
control over), but it should be a simple matter to get you signed back on. If
you were signed on to any other lists, you should check with them. Or if
anyone else was trying to reach you around then, they also probably received the
"unknown user" messages.
