The units are in minutes of arc and it is a small correction. On the increments page look up the "d" value obtained from the bottom of the main page. The increment page column is labeled v and d. To the right of the look-up value is the correction value for the minutes of the hour.
This can be done by formula:
Minutes of Hour/60 x "d" value. If the declination is increasing to the following hour then add the correction. If the declination is decreasing to the next hour then subtract.
