Even if it's easy to get with a high speed connection, a complete document may not be what's needed. In order to "quote" a passage from an old book during an email discussion, it's useful if you can do something like this: http://quod.lib.umich.edu/cgi/t/text/pageviewer-idx?c=moa;cc=moa;q1=Spherical%20astronomy;rgn=subject;idno=AJN3556.0002.001;didno=AJN3556.0002.001;view=image;seq=00000106 Ideally, a site should let you view single pages, or download the complete document. Also, it should be possible to generate a link to each page, or at least each chapter or article. A couple sites that I use make that impossible, or force you to do some non-obvious URL editing to make a link that can be sent via email. -- I block messages that contain attachments or HTML. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to NavList@fer3.com To , send email to NavList-@fer3.com -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
