Apart from the nuisance of getting an old bit of DOS software from over thirty years ago with a clunky interface running on a modern device, you should also be aware that "ICE" has an issue when used to generate data for today (2021). It uses values for "Delta-T" today that were based on a predicted quadratic curve projected from the late 1980s. You'll notice that it is displaying a Delta-T value of about 88 seconds in 2021. It should be using 70 seconds. For all objects except the Moon, that difference of 18 seconds is insignificant. Even for the Moon it is barely significant for navigation. Just be aware that this problem exists.
