Thanks for your affirmation on this, Gary. It was your encouragement & help with Bygrave - along with the contributions of others on this list - that convinced me that if one is going to do sight reduction with a stick-style slide rule , then the Bygrave equations were the most suitable ones to use. Having come to that conclusion, I attempted to optimize the rule's design for those equations.
