The Poulain-Blanchet line of sextants (which I believe is the same as your "Lorieux, Le Petit Poulain" sextant) is still manufactured today by the CPI corporation in France (https://www.cpi-meca.com/marine). As their website explains, "Crée en 1997, CPI succède à une longue tradition de fabricants d’instruments de mesures pour la Marine : LORIEUX, LEPETIT, POULIN & BLANCHET. " The French Navy is one of their customers, and they also sell directly to the public.
I would recommend that you contact them directly. The manager of the company, Patrick Lorho, has been very responsive to my own inquiries in the past, and he may be able to sell you replacement mirrors (and other accessories) for your sextant.
