This explains why you found such a position so close from Jeremy's GPS fix.
I generally get results within 0.1 NM of yours, and one of the possible causes for such differences could be that I have been using a slightly different Dip computation. But, as indicated in a current on-going thread, and as heard many times before, Horizon dip is most generally and by far the biggest unknown in conventional CelNav.
