    Oh, I forgot, that site also has Vincenty's method in downloadable  Excel
    Spreadsheet form...see, http://www.auslig.gov.au/geodesy/datums/calcs.htm
    while I haven't looked, the formulae must be embedded in the spreadsheet
    cells.
    
    As other posters have noted, Vincenty's method is a bit of overkill in terms
    of accuracy required for navigational problems
