The test target can be drawn with the Paint program that comes free with Windows. By watching the x and y readout at the bottom of the screen you can accurately position the cursor when drawing or dragging, especially if the view is zoomed in. Knowing there were 72 pixels per inch (click Image, Attributes), I was able to print parallel lines with spacing accurate to better than .01 inch. It helps to set width and height only a little larger than the pattern. That's controlled in the Attributes dialog. Then click File, Page Setup, and see that horizontal and vertical centering is enabled. That will center your work area on the paper. If the widest line is not bold enough, use the Rectangle drawing tool, then fill the shape with black. After creating one such line, you can select it, copy it, and paste it repeatedly. -- I block messages that contain attachments or HTML. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to NavList@fer3.com To , send email to NavList-@fer3.com -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
