Yes, but Steven's format is nearly perfect for printing, and his data can be taken with you on a laptop and used without an internet connection. Frank's web pages are not stand-alone self-contained JavaScript either, like Henning Umland's pages. As regards to dead reckoning, I use my memory: I-15 North, I-84 West, I-82 West, I-90 West, I-5 North. Done! You can get that 2005 lunars almanac data today (and indeed four months ago) on my web site: www.HistoricalAtlas.com/lunars In addition, using the tools on my web site, you can prepare your almanac data for Apparent Time, as was done in the early days of lunars during their rise and prominence, or for Mean Time, as was done during their long decline. And Dan signed off: "Dan Allen [x] Spring Lake, UT [ ] Anacortes, WA" Yay. I've started a trend. ;-) A navigator should travel, I suppose... Do you use dead reckoning to get from Spring Lake to Anacortes? Frank R [ ] Mystic, Connecticut [X] Chicago, Illinois
