Navigation-L still broken?? (compute suns position)
    From: Frank Reed CT
    Date: 2006 Apr 6, 01:13 EDT

At about 12:45AM Central Time Tuesday (23 hours ago), a message was sent to
Navigation-L with the subject "compute suns position" and this starting
    sentence:
"Without much experience with a sextant but an interest in the
    mathematics..."

I received this message in my e-mail inbox shortly after it was sent. Just
so we're all clear on this, the message was sent to Navigation-L, not NavList.

This message presently does not appear in the list archive for Navigation-L,
and I haven't seen any replies to it from the list either. It's the sort of
message that would ordinarily generate a fair bit of traffic. This, to me,
strongly suggests that there is a continuing problem with distribution of
messages to Navigation-L. How many of you received this message late last night?
How many did not receive it?
