Don't get too upset. This case comes from a lower federal court and is
NOT BINDING on any other court. The case did not declare anything
illegal, it only upheld a state law in Louisiana against tresspassing
on private property by holding that there is no federal common law
right to to go on another's property that trumps the state tresspass
law. This case is limited to its facts and to the law of Louisiana and
does not have a broader impact.
