I wondered how my full name was used in the address header. AFAIK I have never used my full name on Navlist. Then I remembered that I once purchased something from Celestaire and I probably used my full name so that the item could be delivered. The email address dates from my first dial up connection in 1996 and because I have been very careful I do not receive any spam. Unfortunately I should have used a throw away address when dealing with Celestaire.
Frank thanks for pointing out the difference between Ken Gebhart jr and the Ken Gebhart who ran (still runs?) Celestaire.
I am a firm believer in "'if it ain't broke don't fix it". In my opinion Navlist ain't broke so I see not need the need to join every CN site that sends me an invitation. If in the future I want to buy something from Celestaire I will go to their web site and make a decision in my own good time (and use a throw away email address!).
