IMHO, use the short dip formula/tables if you can see the shore. If the shore is not within range, you are good to go--use the natural water horizon. The 6225 ft elevation relative to the sun, stars, and planets will be lost in the noise. Will let the better educated answer on moon parallax, or refute my opinion.
