When visiting Greenwich, 
you may stop in nearby city of London, and visit the Science Museum 
(Exhibition rd, S. Kensington SW7 2DD).
They have several early dividing engines on display.
(The very first one belongs to Smithsonian, but it is not on display.
I've seen it once when it was on exhibition of "Mathematical instruments"
in London). But London museum has several other similar ones.
They also have many old sextants, octants, astrolabias etc. on a permanent display.

Subject: [NavList] A tour of the Great Navigation Centers of the World

All:

I would propose a world tour of the great historic/present Navigation Centers 
of the World.  Where would you have me go.

For example there is Greenwich England, home of the Prime Meridian, the Royal 
Observatory, Harrison's H-5 etc.

Where else would you have me journey and why? Recenlty retired, I have time on 
my hands......no pun intended.
