According to D.W. Waters (The Art of Navigation in England in
Elizabethan and Early Stuart Times, London, 1958, p.163) an English
translation was produced under the title of "The Arte of Navigation..."
by John Frampton in 1581 and printed by Thomas Dawson. It was only
reprinted once.
You will find a 1595 copy at the British Library under shelfmark
C.118.c.12 ("The arte of navigation, wherin is contained, all the rules,
declarations, secrets, and aduises, which for good nauigation are
necessary, and ought to be knowen and practised ... With the declination
of the sunne newly corrected. Translated out of Spanish into English, by
Iohn Frampton.').
