Thank you for your argument. Regarding the voyage you anticipate being required to make at some point in the future, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. You will undoubtedly be met in the Approaches by a small fleet of tugs and pilot vessels, which will guide you into harbour where the lock gates will be open ready to accept you. DaveP
