Here's my best guess:
The webkahuna listserv is crashed and Andy F. (that's webkahuna) is enjoying
a nice, worry-free July 4th vacation somewhere. And slainte, zdarovye, and
gezunheid to him!
Navigation-L will in all likelihood re-boot on July 5th or even sooner.
Until then, relax and enjoy the wonderful NavList back-up service. :-)
