the current market is about 25 people world wide
I seriously doubt the rest 8·108 people really need/use a "compass" or a "barometer" of their G-Shocks either (I mean - a month or two after the purchase of a new toy) - still Casio does mass-produce such things.
As the next catch-thing - if I were Casio - I'd develop a tritium-illuminated (to save battery power for more usefull things than LEDs) version of G-Shock with NA data. I think there could be reasonable market for it among yachtsmen and tourists.
The next New Year is coming soon - I'd be glad to find such a gift under the fir-tree (Russian equivalent of the sock on the fire-place shelf)!
