The latest edition of the "American Practical Navigator," also known as "Bowditch," is available on the NGA site. It once again consists of two "volumes" but since there is apparently no official print run, that just means two separate pdf files, so far. There's more celestial than in the last edition apparently.
Links at the NGA site are notorious for timing out. I have assembled "unlocked" versions chapter by chapter, which you can download, I hope reliably, from the NavList archive here:
For the record, this remains an encyclopedic, albeit relatively mediocre resource, but I'm aware it's a "must have" for most navigators even if it's just to add to the "stamp collection". :)
