Frank,
If no error on my behalf, would a typo not explain what seems at first like an unsolvable problem on the Earth Surface :
On April 29th 02:58:19 UT
Moon GHA 207°33.4' / Dec N 24°02.8'
Brightest star (on top of the Moon) GHA 191°53.9' / Dec N 26°59.4'
Faintest star (by 3 o'clok from the Moon) GHA 192°19.1 / Dec N 27°11.8'
Now, if we assume Apr 30th at unchanged 02:58:19 UT, then :
Moon GHA 192°20.1' / Dec N 27°16.9' , which no longer looks so unreasonable although I have not checked any further yet pending further clarification.
Please be so kind as to advise,
Thanks in advance,
Kermit
