First point in my checklist ... is this Book title not " Latitude and Longitude by the Noon Sight " ?
From here I have identified one such Book - a "ring-bound" copy as you recommend it to be - which can be shipped to North America only, but apparently not to France where I am dwelling.
As soon as you have confirmed its proper title - Thanks for so doing - I will keep searching for a properly North Atlantic Flights qualified copy.
