    If you want to use the locking device that I came up with and you can't buy the components where you are I could purchase them here and ship them to you. The plugs cost about five dollars each, you need two of them, and I think the threaded rod was about the same. I think it would cost about twenty dollars for all the components including postage if anybody is interested.
