The Sun does not culminate too close to the zenith so a simple least squares fit to a quadratic suffices and gives a peak of 41°29.6′ occurring at 16h58m5s. The Equation of Time is -12m2.4s and with d = +0.1′ per hour the peak occurs 15.4s later than local noon. I get 41°27.2′N 71°26.8′W although I suspect a longitude of around 71°24′W is more likely,
