Frank,
You recently stated that ICE "is displaying a Delta-T value of about 88 seconds in 2021. It should be using 70 seconds."
An easy way around this shortcoming is to use the current ICE version with both adequate fictitious UT and adequate fictitious Longitude to "recover" the right height correction values fully in line with actual Delta-T current determinations.
The enclosed 1 page attachment gives an example of such simple procedure.
Meanwhile I have become aware that this topic has already addressed onto NavList, [probably] by Paul Hirose.
I would like to see his own solution then. It is likely to be similar to the one given here.
Can anybody publish the NavList previous reference[s] about this particular topic ? Thanks in advance.
We now have everything at hand to understand and better appreciate the value of your Project to update your USNO Web Application clone when you have the leasure to do so.
It would not require any use of such repair patch then for the Users.
Thanks in advance
