Glen, the item you’re asking about is a very rare Plath bubble horizon. It’s worth several times the sextant. Impossible to determine the situation from your photo alone, but assuming all is present and in good order (and the manuals and paperwork being there would suggest that’s the case), it’s the deal of a lifetime.
