You might want to try Max Levy Autograph in Philadelphia. They actually do just this kind of work (scales) and in small lots as well. I've dealt with them in the past and found them to be reputable.

Last year my time got progressively taken up with my father's increasing Alzheimers, and then finally his death in December.
I have finally gotten back into a space in life where I am able to work on the Mark 2 Navigator's Slide Rule project. The step I am in the midst of now is submitting drawings to a CNC machinging company (CNC = computer numerical control) and discussing materials/feasibility.
There are different possibilities that could be used in various combinations: machining, laser etching, 3-D printing. The time has come to start SOMEwhere and see what is possible. Living as I do in a city with lots of machine shops, I decided to start with them.
