Thanks for your JPL Horizon data.
Something is intriguing and certainly unexpected here: while both diameters do seem to be augmented diameters (it fully makes sense here),
* the published Sun Diameters do not change at all whether refracted or not (1924.170").
* same for the Moon : 1828.476". Here it goes to 1828.477" possibly because of some closure rate.
Would it be possible for you to publish the same data as applicable to the 1st touch ? Because the difference in UT is twice the difference at exit time you just published here.
