The Weir diagram was completely new to me. I tried it out and it works great!

Attached please find an extended version of the Hanno Ix Diagram which was mentioned by Greg. This azimuth diagram eliminates the ambiguity of the resulting azimuth, however a second sheet (Diamonds Scheme) has to be applied. But it is straightforward and easy to use.
The results compare to those from the Weir diagram.
