Dear Modris and Paul,
From your data Modris and for UT = 18:40 I find :
- From Venus Gravity Center to Moon Near Limb 103°45.15' +/- 0.05' (due to computational inaccuracies in my own Software)
- From Venus Center of Light to Moon Near Limb 103°45.17' +/- 0.05' (for the same reason).
Both results differ due to the effect of Venus Phase, which is not significant at all under this configuration, exactly as predicted by Paul here.
Taking in account my Software uncertainties (under 0.05') my own results exactly match Paul's Lunar 4 results.
They too significantly differ from Frank's On line Calculator results by 0.26' if no phase correction and by 0.28' if the phase correction is entered (here in the sense that the observer is assumed to aim at Venus "light" Gravity Center and not at Venus Gravity Center itself).
